By agreeing to participate in any interviews conducted by PariTalk, you (the “Guest”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Consent to Recording
   The Guest consents to the recording of their likeness, voice, image, and any statements made during the interview (“Recorded Content”). This includes audio and video, the Interviewee grants PariTalk permission to record and use these materials.
2. Grant of Rights
   The Guest grants PariTalk an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, distribute, and publicly display the Recorded Content in any media format now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to online platforms and social media.
3. Consent to Public Use
   The Guest acknowledges and agrees that the Recorded Content may be used, distributed, and made available to the public at the sole discretion of PariTalk. The Guest waives any right to request the removal or alteration of the Recorded Content once it has been publicly shared.
4. Release of Liability
   PariTalk, shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the Recorded Content, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of publicity rights.
5. Entire Agreement
   This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein. The Interviewee acknowledges that no other promises or representations have been made regarding the use of the Recorded Content.

By agreeing to participate in the interview, the Guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this agreement.
